We’re extremely grateful for the support of The Walcot Foundation in supporting our Foodbank to provide additional services to those in need. The Walcot Foundation have provided £25,000 for advice workers to be available in all Foodbank sessions, helping those in need to access vital services and other sources of support.  Either Centre 70 or Brixton Advice team will be available at every Foodbank session. No appointment is required and sessions are open to those in community not just Foodbank clients.

We are also lucky to have the support of Tomorrow’s People at the foodbank.

Through this project we offer an employment readiness and a job finding service to unemployed and low income Lambeth residents.  We can provide careers advice, support to develop an employment action plan, CV development support, interview skills help, supervised job search and access to our workshops and wider employer network.  If you would like to know more, Merle will be available at St Luke’s Church on the following dates

  • Friday 22 April
  • Friday 20 May
  • Friday 17 June
